Reservation confirmation is required non-refundable 25% of the total booking via secured payment link “Bank of Maldives” gateway.

CANCELING / CHANGING AN ONLINE RESERVATION
- In the event of confirmed cancellation prior to 14 days before the arrival date no fee will be charged.
- In the event of confirmed cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date a fee equivalent to 50% from the accommodation of the booking will be charged.
- In the event of a failure to show on the booked date a fee equivalent to the accommodation charges for the period of booking will be charged. This policy is applied to cover the distinct possibility of our inability to release the room at that late stage.
You may cancel or change your reservation online using your first name, last name, and reservation confirmation number. Your details will be sent securely. Some reservations may not be retrievable online.
Cancellation and deposit policies vary by the hotel and confirmed rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. They are also provided in online, email, written and faxed confirmations.
Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card and/or deposit are held for you until arrival. If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policies will apply.
In the event of a no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay will be chargeable to the Client.
No refund will be made for any short stays and the entire duration of stay shall be chargeable to the Client
